Yoga Instructor Toast

This is particularly replenishing after a good workout!

1 slice sprouted grain bread
1/2 small ripe avocado 
1 leaf kale 
4 tips asparagus 
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted 
1/8 teaspoon sea salt 
4 thin slices of English cucumber 
small handful alfalfa sprouts

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Lightly toast bread. Mash avocado onto bread with a fork so it’s spread evenly. Add kale and asparagus tips. Drizzle on coconut oil and sprinkle on sea salt. Put in the oven on low broil just until asparagus is toasted. 

Add cucumber and sprouts. Devour.
