16 ounces strawberries, washed and cut in half
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons raw sugar
1 cup water
2-3 kiwis, peeled and cut into rounds or half moons
Prep Time: 15 minutes
In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and water. Blend until smooth.
Pour strawberry mixture into molds, and add kiwi pressing to sides of the molds with a skewer. Freeze for about 4 hours before serving.
Makes 8-10 pops!
