Protein Smoothies can be a really efficient way to replace a meal. They are energizing, and a great way to get in a ton of nutrients. They can also be a great way to power-through a sweet craving. This one tastes just like it’s name! Pure pumpkin is a great way to get in skin-fortifying nutrients.

I created this shake for Premier Protein, because I love the accessibility and quality of their pre-made vanilla protein shake.  It has 30 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar…and tastes amazing!  It’s great for on-the-go nutrition.

Ingredients

1 pre-made vanilla Premier Protein Premade Vanilla Protein Shake 
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (homemade or canned) 
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, optional
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/2 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice 
Ice 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serving Size: 1

Preparation

1. Blend everything till smooth and creamy. Add more ice as needed. 
2. Slurp immediately!
