Okay, so maybe everyone knows this, but if you don’t…you need to fix corn this way. Top with lime zest and some sea salt…mmmmm…!

Ingredients
4 ears fresh corn on the cob, with husks
Water to cover husks in a bowl
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Preparation
Place corn in a bowl, covering with water. Let soak for 30-45 minutes. Remove from water and let dry for 5 minutes.
Place on medium high grill for about 15 minutes, turning corn 2-3 times during grilling. Remove from heat.
To remove husks, cut corn at the bottom end of the cob, cutting through the end of the cob. Pull on the top end, sliding the husk off the cob. Serve.
