Ingredients
2 cups walnuts
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
1/4 t kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 T pure maple syrup

Preparation
Total cook time: 20 minutes
- Roast walnuts on a baking sheet at 350 degrees F for 10 – 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, blend roasted walnuts until they are pasty, about 60 seconds.
- With the processor on, add in rest of ingredients and blend until slightly smooth.
- Store in an airtight container.
