Grilled Chili-Lime Cantaloupe

1 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded, cut into wedges
2 limes, cut in half
non-stick cooking spray
1 tablespoon chili powder

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Spray cantaloupe and cut end of lime with non-stick cooking spray.  Sprinkle chili powder on cantaloupe.

Place cantaloupe and cut side of lime on medium high grill.  Turn cantaloupe after 3 minutes.

Grill additional 3-4 minutes.  

Remove cantaloupe and limes.  Let limes cool slightly and squeeze juice over cantaloupe.  Serve.

Serves 8-10 (depending upon wedge size)
