Ingredients
Crust
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Pop
2 cups greek yogurt
1/4 cup key lime juice
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon key lime zest
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Preparation
In a blender combine yogurt, lime juice and zest, and honey. Pour into molds, dividing evenly.
In a small bowl, mix wheat germ, sugar and coconut oil. Sprinkle on top of each key lime pop, dividing evenly and packing down a little into the pop mold.
Place wooden sticks in the middle of each pop. Freeze for 3-4 hours before service.
Makes 8 – 10 pops!
