If you’ve never made spaghetti squash, this video will tell you some basic ways to make sure it tastes amazing! It will also show you a very simple homemade sauce….without any added sugar. Several of the store-bought spaghetti sauces contain added sugar, so one of the benefits of this quick and easy 4-ingredient sauce is keeping it natural and flavorful with a simple ingredient (tomato paste).
