an apple sliced into 1/4 – 1/2 inch disks (slice horizontally)
4 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
toppings to sprinkle: unsweetened coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, toasted almonds, homemade granola

1.Spread 2 teaspoons of almond butter or peanut butter on top of each apple disk.
2. Sprinkle on any tasty, energizing toppings you like!
