Early Bird Toast

This really is the only way to eat toast. Really.

Ingredients

1 slice sprouted grain bread
1/2 avocado, sliced 
2 slices heirloom tomatoes 
1 tablespoon black beans, drained & rinsed 
1 egg, (cooked with the yolk still runny) 
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Preparation

1. Lightly toast bread. Layer on sliced avocado, heirloom tomatoes, black beans, egg, and sprinkle on salt. Enjoy!
