I ❤️ Beets!! I like to roast fresh beets and serve with dinner. For convenience I buy them pre cooked and chop them up and put them in my salads, or just eat them as a snack. Crazy good ?
Super! Roasting them is the BEST. So naturally sweet. I love them sautéed (I really need to post it), of seared beets, beet greens, avocado, sweet potatoes, feta, and roasted pecans. YUM!!!!!
How about pickled?
