There are soooo many uses for the delicious grape. In all honesty, I think I use to have a grape addiction, and I had many people I’ve counseled nutritionally who have said the same! But really, if you want a sweet treat, there is nothing better to choose. They are naturally sweet, a good source of fiber, and have special plant-chemicals in them that fight aging, and that help blood flow. Yay for the power of the grape!
