Nona, absolutely! My website has been revamped, and all of the videos would be great for you to follow. As for recipes, some of the ones I make are specifically for kids, so I would just stick with the ones in the weight loss tab on the home page. The recipes that are “protein and plant-based” would be perfect for you.
I saw you on Home and Family today! You recommended warm water, apple cider vinegar and lemon before going to bed each night. Can you give me the ratio for this drink. I have started drinking 16 ounces of water each morning. Thank you for the advice. I have always drank water but not this much.
