Does it matter if the blackberries are frozen. Where I live on the Oregon coast we have scads of blackberries, so I freeze some so I can have them year round. Thanks for your helpful tips!
Does not matter Chris! I love to say, “next to fresh, frozen is best”:-) Just focus on getting them in. You live in a place where you can access them (and preserve them) at the peak of ripeness…so go for it! Those antioxidants will still be there.
