If you are a gluten-free eater, Coconut Crusted Chicken Tenders would be the recipe for you. Crunchy and crispy thanks to the coating of Wonderful Pistachios. My personal favorite was Chicken Skewers made with a 4-ingrdient sticky sauce using POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice. You will love how easy they are to toss onto the grill and make a whole crowd happy. The third recipe is my own Sweet Potato Sliders…swap out the bun for a sliced roasted sweet potato, making them lower in carb, and SERIOUSLY delicious! Only 5 ingredients.
