Can a zucchini noodle maker be used for other things? Or is it a mono-purpose tool? I’d hate to take up a lot of room in my kitchen for an item that has such a limited use. Love the swap idea. Will be trying with a peeler soon!
Rob, great question! So – you’re supposed to be able to make sweet potato noodles, yellow squash noodles (I’ve tried those before – they are yum!) and other veggie noodles out of them. They also have different sizes of thickness. What I love is that a zucchini is relatively inexpensive – because I agree with you…I do not like anything in my kitchen that is a one hit wonder!!! lol. Let me know if you need other ideas!
