By the way, ignore the “frozen dinner scroll” on my refrigerator. I had the honor of watching my sister’s 8 kids for 2 weeks (insert happy exhaustion feeling here), so the only way I could navigate the food for that many people is to have frozen options ready! “Cousin Camp” was a hit! ?

Would like to ask for your help please !!! I attended Find joy In The Journey in Murfreesboro, TN in March 2017 🙂 The short of it is my physician wants me to go on meds for low thyroid, supplements for low Vitamin D, and shots for low Vitamin B12. I am looking for natural solutions . I would like to know why they are low. Also would like to learn any risk doing what she ask .
