When you’ve only used half of an avocado, what do you do with the other half?

Some of you are thinking “who in their right mind has a half leftover?

Well, this health tip is for those of you who had the “what do you do with the unused half?” question every time I use avocados in a LIVE video (which is often). Excellent question, so here’s the answer!

Avocado are one of the healthiest foods for spring #6, because of their stellar amounts of mono-unsatured fat that benefit your heart and nervous system. You need healthy fats every day! So this is how not to waste them…
