Emerald Energizer Smoothie

This smoothie will propel you into amounts of energy you didn’t know were possible.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
handful fresh pineapple chunks (can be frozen)
handful kale
1 kiwi, peeled
scoops of avocado
2 teaspoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
vanilla protein powder

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 1

Preparation
