Pineapple-Cucumber Wellness Water

Some of us just need added flavor to water. Are you one of those people? Add flavor in the most natural way possible. Adding fresh fruit or herbs to water gives it a refreshing taste, and trains-your-tastebuds to stay satisfied with healthy flavors. No joke, it works! Getting away from not only soda pop, but also added flavorings that may have artificial sweeteners in them, will only benefit you.

This water has a mix of refreshing flavors, and the added anti-inflammatory benefit that pineapple and lemon provide!

Ingredients

fresh spring water
pineapple core
small handful raspberries
few slices of cucumber
spring of mint
zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

1. In a reusable water bottle, add pineapple core, raspberries, cucumber slices, mint, and ice.
2. Pour fresh water over (if desired, add a splash of coconut water as a natural source of electrolytes). Zest lemon on top of ice. Take with you for a refreshing drink!
