Maple-Cinnamon Walnut Butter

Ingredients

2 cups walnuts
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
1/4 t kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 T pure maple syrup

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Preparation

Total cook time:  20 minutes

  1. Roast walnuts on a baking sheet at 350 degrees F for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, blend roasted walnuts until they are pasty, about 60 seconds.
  3. With the processor on, add in rest of ingredients and blend until slightly smooth.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
